Description
The King Sun KFT industrial cooling tower is designed for heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and light to medium processing applications.
The cooling tower is smaller in dimension than traditional models, is easy to install, and is light in operating weight. It features high heat exchange efficiency, air vacuum forming type PVC fills, fixed water spray nozzles, drift eliminator and silent mat above water basin.
Capacity range
Available in 22 standard models (single cell) with capacities from 40 to 1000 nominal tons. (Various modular combinations are available to meet different cooling capacity requirements and jobsite restrictions.)
Durable and light-weight
Package type, FRP structure (free from corrosion for the durability of steel but lightness of PVC), casing and basin. Coated with anti-ultraviolet agent.
Low noise
Specially-designed axial fan and belt reducer to withstand wind but emit low noise. High-quality silence mat above basin to absorb water drip noise.
Minimal water loss
PVC drift eliminator efficiency stops spray to keep carry-over volume within 0.002% with only a slight pressure drop loss.
No clog and pollution
Wide opening nozzles to prevent clogging. Installed inside avoiding dirt and environmental pollution.
Light operating weight
Requires less water storage than common square type basins. Water sump is large to avoid sucking in air.
